A few days ago I made A pineapple cake and 36 cupcakes.
The pineapple cake was made out of vanilla mixed with fresh pineapples. On top of the cake there were some cut up sweet pineapples and a few cherries too.
The cupcakes were regular vanilla cupcakes with different colors of vanilla buttercream on top. There were two different colors on each cupcake. There was sky blue and green, fushia and violet and peachy pink and delphinium blue.
About one month ago I made a Pokemon cake ,which was the character Pikachu.
The filling in the cake was caramel.This cake was only his head accompanied by a Pokeball and some red and yellow stars. All the toppers were made by fondant except for the Pokeball. The Pokeball was made out of gumpaste.
This Summer I made two different Ocean Cakes. One of them had orange and blue corals and algae, with a blue background. The other cake had blue and purple corals and algae and a blue background.The first one was filled with caramel, and the other one was made with ganache chocolate. All of the toppers were made with gumpaste.
