Little Mermaid B-day Cake

The little Mermaid, this cake is for my daughter's friend, she's turning 7.

All the corals, tortoise, octopus and seahorse made from fondant and gum paste combination. Spend 2 days doing these sea toppers to be sure that all of them were very dry.

Ice Skating Cake

Fondant Ice Skating cake with white and blue stars, cords, name and age.  I made this cake for my small daughter, with 4 layers filling with nutella and caramel cream.
