Pineapple Cake and Birthday Cupcakes
A few days ago I made A pineapple cake and 36 cupcakes.
The pineapple cake was made out of vanilla mixed with fresh pineapples. On top of the cake there were some cut up sweet pineapples and a few cherries too.
The cupcakes were regular vanilla cupcakes with different colors of vanilla buttercream on top. There were two different colors on each cupcake. There was sky blue and green, fushia and violet and peachy pink and delphinium blue.
Ocean Cakes
This Summer I made two different Ocean Cakes. One of them had orange and blue corals and algae, with a blue background. The other cake had blue and purple corals and algae and a blue background.The first one was filled with caramel, and the other one was made with ganache chocolate. All of the toppers were made with gumpaste.

First Communion Cakes
First Holy Communion is a big occasion in the lives of children of the Catholic faith world-wide and their celebratory cake are becoming more and more lavish as cake decorating art develops.
I love these beautifully decorated communion cake. Both of them are different sizes, shapes and flavor as well. All the cakes has been covered with white fondant icing and extra gumpaste & fondant decorations.
Inside hides a chocolate ganache filling and caramel cream, the favorite fillings from my friends.

International Cake
I was very busy in the past few weeks, making cakes, cupcakes, cookies and bread as well; for my friends and for the Venezuelan Community in Muscat- Oman.
The pics below were cakes that I made for the International Day event, both of them were the vanilla and lemon flavored sponge cake filled with caramel and the cover was in fondant, all the toppers were in gumpaste. The toppers were things from Venezuela ....my Country
